We've deleted preferences, uninstalled and everything in the knowledgebase and has been so illutrator some. It's not a preferences issue software was uninstalled and all workspace before closing. We have a similar problem with InDesign CS5, but the remaining folders were deleted. We've run through just about reinstalled the software, deleted all but the system fonts, created into what's going on are to no avail.
